Role debut in Iolanta
This January, Matthew Polenzani makes his debut on January 28 as the dashing knight Vaudémont in Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta, in Mariusz Treliński’s haunting production. Joining him are Sonya Yoncheva in the title role as the blind princess, who discovers love for the first time, and Vitalij Kowaljow as René, King of Provence. The performances, led by Henrik Nánási, take place until February 14.
