Carmen concerts in Tokyo
This summer, Matthew Polenzani sings his signature role of Don José in three concert performances in Tokyo. The venues change for each date. The concert takes place on July 23 at Suntory Hall, on July 26 at Bunkamura Orchard Hall, and on July 29 at Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall. Myung-Whun Chung will lead from the podium, with Stéphanie d’Oustrac in the title role, Slávka Zámečníková as Micaëla and Andrii Kymach as Escamillo.
