Role debut as Don José
In June of 2019, Matthew Polenzani will make his debut as Don José in Bizet’s most beloved opera, Carmen. Sharing the stage with J’Nai Bridges in the title role, Anita Hartig as Micaëla and Kyle Ketelsen as Escamillo, Mr. Polenzani will star in Francesca Zambello’s production with James Gaffigan on the podium.
